28 year-old female underwent tuberous breast correction for a severe tuberous breast deformity. The procedure included lowering of the breast creases, release of the constricting breast tissue, subglandular placement of 420 cc silicone breast implants and a donut (circumareolar) mastopexy. Results are at 1 month.
