Description of Liposuction of Breast Pooch

The breast pooch is the extra tissue that sticks out of the bra above and laterally, near the armpit. This can be a stubborn area and may not necessarily improve with breast augmentation. This video demonstrates a simple method of suction assisted liposuction of the breast pooch area in a woman who previously had breast augmentation. After liposuction, this area is flattened, eliminating the fatty tissue that bulges between the breasts and shoulder/armpit area.
