I had an amazing experience with Dr. Zachary Farris and his entire team. I had a more complex medical situation that required extra planning and coordination, and Dr. Farris went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe, informed, and fully taken care of every step of the way. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Zachary Farris and his incredible staff! I had always wanted a breast augmentation but was hesitant. After having two children and breastfeeding both, I lost a lot of volume and developed a tuberous look. I did extensive research, met with other surgeons, then saw Dr. Farris featured in D Magazine. I saw his work, read so many positive reviews, and that sealed the deal for me. From the very first consultation, I knew I had found the right surgeon. He was very transparent and informed me of potential risks. He helped manage my expectations and kept them realistic. The entire staff is just as amazing. Janie at the front desk always greets me by name and is so sweet and accommodating. Elizabeth is warm and welcoming, and together they create such a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Leading up to surgery, John, the anesthesiologist, was wonderful, thorough, reassuring, and friendly. The morning of my procedure, when it came time to make final decisions, I thought I knew what I wanted, but I trusted Dr. Farris’s recommendation— and I’m SO glad I did. Liz was right there with me, excited for me and encouraging. Thanks to the whole team, I didn’t feel one ounce of nerves, doubt, or hesitation. The procedure itself was quick (under two hours), and my recovery was unbelievably smooth. It hardly felt like I had undergone major surgery! Dr. Farris and his team checked in on me frequently. Their care made all the difference. Immediately post-op, my results looked amazing, I was absolutely ecstatic. Now, two months later, I am still completely obsessed with my results. One of the most important choices in my life is choosing a doctor that will help me achieve my goals. I do my research online & I call a few places as well as going in for consults. Kaylie was the first person I spoke to & she was such a sweetie, so I made an appointment for my consultation. I can absolutely not praise Dr. Farris and his staff more. I finally got my great augmentation and from the beginning Janie was so informative and helpful. I really appreciated how during the consultation Dr. Farris sat down with me and my husband and talked about the procedure, expectations and post op care. I am 2 months out and I am over the moon with my new “girls.” Again everyone who works with Dr. Farris from the front staff, his nurses Elizabeth to the anesthesiologist and the OR nurse Angel, this whole experience was a 10/10!!!
