From the start I was treated with impeccable customer service, the Doctor was patient and sweet, the surgery was done well without complications, the costs were very affordable, and the overall result was top of the line. The one thing that stood out the most was the transparency that his office offered from the very first call. I had a breast lift and augmentation which far exceeded my expectations. I am almost a month post op and they are shaping up to be very beautiful and natural looking, as requested. My scars are minimal and symmetrical, which after looking around seems to be a very important skill.

Beware! This man is a joke. Paid for a surgery and got A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SURGERY!! *edit* Yes that is because "Ember Craft" isn't my real name. I did in fact pay Dr. Zachary Farris @ 8345 Walnut Hill Ln Suite 120, Dallas, TX 75231 for a specific surgery and WOKE UP with a different surgery. What a nightmare!!

I took my wife and these people are rude the nurse there was just not nice at all they talk about other patience on their counter they honestly need to work in to treat people cause when you got to an office like that the main thing is feel confident we walked out with a nop he is not touching my wife it is a pity doble board certificate surgeon really need to work on knowing how to properly treat people

Dr. Farris & his staff are excellent! Very friendly & know what they are doing! They care about their patients! I got a BBL 6 weeks ago & I love it he did such a great job shaping me! The whole procedure went very smooth! Can't wait to get more work done by him!

I love Farris Plastic Surgery. The office is great, Caffery is a great Botox injector and Dr. Farris is so friendly! I’ll definitely be back!

Dr. Farris and his staff are truly exceptional. I have used 3 different surgeons (for ps) and he is the only one I would recommend and the only only one that I would trust to use again. I have full confidence in his ability and my recovery was never more than uncomfortable. I read horror story after horror story and considered cancelling, especially after a previous botched procedure by another local ps (with prices that were almost double!) but my experience with Dr. Farris was amazing. He is very gifted and my scar looks amazing and I am less than two months post-op. I am so confident in him that I have scheduled another procedure to be done in a couple months. After children and weight loss, he has given me back my body- and my confidence. He doesn't oversell you on anything and truly listens to you. And his staff is wonderful. Every step of the way his office is perfection. I could go on and on. I must also note his anesthesiologist was incredible- the only surgery out of the 6 I have had in the last 2 years that I wasn't horribly ill after waking up...he handled my reaction to anesthesia unlike anyone else. Again Dr. Farris and entire staff are exceptional. Thank you all!

Absolutely amazing!!! By far the best surgical experience. Dr. Farris takes time to insure you know your options and make sure he gives you great results and has a great team of people who make sure you are taken care of.

My visit here was amazing! The staff was very nice, attentive and made sure I wasn’t waiting long. I got lip filler and the process was so smooth. Caffery was my injector and she made sure I was at ease and comfortable throughout. She did an awesome job on my lips and made them look so good! It’s been a couple of months and I’m still obsessed with them. I will absolutely be back to Dr. Farris’s office!
