Hands down best plastic surgeon around. Between his quality of work and the staff and the NP I would recommend this practice to anyone looking to have any type of plastic surgery! I have had eye bags since my 40s. I hated looking in the mirror. I hated when people would tell me I looked tired. I went to Dr Farris for a consultation. I felt very comfortable with him immediately. I am 60. Dr Farris told me I was a good candidate for both blepharoplasty (lower and upper]. He had me go to me regular doctor to make sure I was healthy enough for this surgery. My doctor cleared me right away. Dr. Farris has an OR right in his office. The surgery took approximately 3 hours from the time I arrived until the time I was leaving. Dr Farris warned me of swelling and bruising. He told me I might not want to look in the mirror for a few days. I did anyway and I was so excited. Even with the bruising and supporting tape I could see the bags were gone. As of this writing I am 4 weeks into this. I had discomfort for 3 weeks. I still have to do the blinking exercises to loosen up a few times a day. Dr Farris told me this will get better with time and could have some residual for up to 12 months. It is a non issue because I like looking in the mirror again. This is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. I highly recommend Dr Farris. I will end with saying it again. I like looking in the mirror again.

After doing my research about getting my Lipoma remove from my left lower back Finding a plastic surgeon was my best option. I started searching and I came across Farris. I contacted his office and they scheduled me a consultation. Once I saw the dr he assured me he can help me get it remove by giving me two options. I did tons of research before choosing the Amazing, one and only Dr. Zachary Farris. Multiple consults were scheduled, within a 3 month time frame, before making my final decision to book with Dr. Farris. He is my Miracle Worker!!! Like most weight loss patients, I had extra skin that began to cause medical issues. No amount of exercise was going to “fix” the elasticity of my skin that I was left with. I’m also a mother to 5 beautiful children who were nursed by yours truly. You can imagine what the “girl’s” looked like after all of those feedings. My mommy makeover (abdominoplasty, breast lift & liposuction) has completely rocked my world. The confidence I now have would never have been achievable without Dr. Farris and his professional team! Dr. Farris has the best bedside manner. I always felt comfortable and there was never any awkwardness. He listened to me address my concerns and unlike most of the other doctors I consulted, I didn’t get the vibe that he was in it for the $$$. He genuinely cares about his patients. Hands down amazing!!! I went in with my hubby for a consultation in regards to a BBL with Dr.Farris. While explaining what look I was going for and wanted to achieve, Dr. Farris heard me out and then explained the reality of the surgery and my outcome. He was very calm and polite and very down to earth, unlike some doctors who immediately try and convince you to get other work done just to hike up the price. He actually cares about the patients wants and needs. After the consultation ended I felt confident in Dr. Farris, so thanks to my sweet hubby we booked immediately!! The day of surgery, I was so nervous, however that was quickly put to ease when I was greeted by Dr. Farris and his staff (including the anesthesiologist and nurses).
