The whole staff treated me like I was part of the family and Janie at reception was so helpful in taking care of me for pre and post op. She even held my hand during parts of the procedure. Dr. Farris is incredible, he made sure I was comfortable and happy with my results. My neck and chin liposuction took little to no time, minimal pain and I could see immediate results. The recovery time did not last very long either, I was at work within one week and the whole experience was life-changing. I would do it all over again if I have to and I will be going back to his office only for my other areas of improvement. Not only did I have an exceptional experience from our initial meeting after I had previously met with another surgeon that had awful bedside manner, Dr. Farris really listened to what I wanted to accomplish and did an excellent job achieving that look! The surgery was so easy, I had to remind myself to take it easy because my body felt back to its old self so fast LOL! But all that aside, the team is UNPARALLELED! I especially got to know Janie and Angela, I have been to multiple electives facilities and I can say with certainty that I don’t remember their staff, but that is not Janie and nor is that Angela! I will not forget how they both were so readily available to help me get ready before surgery and keeping me in the loop post surgery. Highly recommend the entire team! 🏆
