55 year-old female underwent a breast lift with implants (augmentation mastopexy) as part of a mommy makeover. Full profile 385 cc Natrelle Inspira silicone breast implants were placed in a submuscular dual plane. A Wise (anchor) pattern mastopexy was performed. Results are at 1 month.
