43 year-old female underwent buttock augmentation with 400cc gluteal implants (Implantech) placed intra-muscular via inter-gluteal (butt crack) incisions and had ultrasound assisted lipectomy (liposuction) of back and flanks, fat transfer to buttocks and hips. Results are at just 1 month post-op.
