33 year-old female with tuberous breasts (left breast smaller than right) underwent tuberous breast correction as part of a mommy makeover. The lower pole breast tissue was radially scored to release any constriction and the infra-mammary folds were lowered. A Natrelle Inspira 415 cc silicone implant was placed on the left side and a 345 cc implant placed on the right side in a sub-muscular dual plane. A circumareolar (donut) mastopexy was then performed. Results are at 2.5 months post-op.
